1. General Terms and conditions:
-15% discount on best available published Retail Rates, subject to availability at Hertz worldwide participating countries.
-Discount applies to time, mileage and all mandatory insurance and waivers that may be included in the base rate charge.
-Discount does not apply to any additional surcharges, Location Service Charge, taxes and any optional extras, including but not limited to Excess Waiver (Super Cover), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), snow chains/tryes, child seats, one-way charges, and GPs, etc.
-When booking, pre-paid rates are quoted in home currencies (e.g. Sterling when booking from UK), non-prepaid rates will be quoted in the local currency.
2. Other Benefits :
In addition to this discount level HSBC Premium MasterCard cardholders will receive the following benefits:-
-Complimentary access to Hertz Gold Plus Rewards ®
- 800 Bonus Gold Plus Rewards which will be placed in the new member’s account once they’ve successfully enrolled in Hertz Gold Plus Rewards and have placed their first rental. Bonus points are in addition to the base points that you can earn on every rental. To be able to accrue Gold Plus Rewards points, the customer must have opted in to receive Gold Plus Rewards points in his profile when joining.
-Gold Plus Rewards Points system is available in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, the U.S., Canada, and participating U.S. Territories.
-Complimentary one-car-class upgrade: this is subject to availability and has been agreed by all confirmed participating regions and destination countries*. In the US, the upgrade will only be valid for non-prepaid rentals.
*Restrictions apply: Greece and UAE upgrade not available
3. Terms and Conditions applicable to Hertz Collections:
- 15% applicable to Hertz Family, Fun, Green and Prestige Collections at participating locations worldwide. Minimum rental age for Hertz Prestige Collection vehicles in Europe is 30 (exceptions may apply)
- A MasterCard credit card needs must be presented during reservation and for payment. A second credit card may be required for verification purpose when renting a Prestige Collection vehicle. .
- Collections are only available at participating locations. All vehicle and models are limited, subject to availability and subject to change without notice
- Other conditions may apply, please see the specific Rental Qualifications and Requirements for each country for full details
- A clean and valid driving license must be held fo at least 1 year to rent a Hertz Collection vehicle.
- Dream Collection and Supercars vehicles are excluded from this program (ie.,discount, upgrade, and fee-waived additional driver do not apply to Dream Collectin and Supercar vehicles)
- Hertz Collection vehicles are excluded from the upgrade benefit (i.e., upgrade are not available for Green, Fun, Prestige, Family, Dream/Supercar Collection vehicles)
- Hertz Collections are only available at participating locations.
- All vehicle models are limited subject to availability and subject to change without notice.
4 Other Terms and Conditions:
- All rentals outside of EMEA must be pre-booked prior to departure
-Renters must meet all Hertz qualifications, standards and requirements as per the terms and conditions of Hertz rental agreements. Visit the Hertz website at www.hertz.com for full details.
-Leisure minimum rental age is 23 years.
-Vehicle must be returned to location of rental, if not a one way charge will be applied if returned to a different location, for details, please check at location during vehicle pick up.
-Delivery or collection is not available.
-Fuel charges are standard.
-Rates fluctuate throughout the year based on supply or demand.
-Refunds are not available for ‘no shows’.
-When picking up the car, the authorised renter must have a valid credit card and driving license.
-The vehicle must only be driven by the renter or another individual who has been authorised by Hertz and added to the Rental Record.
-Offer may not be combined with any other promotional offer.
-Standard blackout dates apply.
